PYROFLOWER RADIO HOUR Setting old-time radio on fire EPISODE 5 If you're brand new to the world of Pyroflower Radio Hour, this ought to get you caught up: WHAT IS PYROFLOWER RADIO HOUR? Pyroflower Radio Hour is a radio-type live show performed in the style of the classic radio programs of the 1930's and 40's. The important difference is this - the show is set in the distant future. The cast performs their show within an Orwellian dystopia, and the original "news" stories and commercials reflect the reality of their surroundings. WHAT IS THE SHOW LIKE? Until we have audio clips for you to preview, we can provide a basic rundown of how the show works. Pyroflower Radio Hour is a collection of short mutually-exclusive segments, each with their own unique style within their individual genre. Each of these segments is broken up by news updates, commercial breaks, and public service announcements. WHAT ARE THE SEGMENTS IN THE SHOW? The segments currently in our lineup are: WHAT'S NEW THIS TIME? This time around, we have added a brand new segment - Rattlesnake Canyon - and Hard Times will begin in Episode 1 instead of Episode 4. The new segment(s) also made it necessary for us to create a few new commercials, too. |
